I work across the full design lifecycle. Discovery, strategy, service design, interaction design, design systems, research, handover - the complete picture, not just the visible layer.

I'm comfortable owning complex, data-rich products and equally comfortable in the room with stakeholders, making the case for the right design decision.

Most recently I led design across two major product streams at Latus Group - YODHA, a remote health surveillance platform serving 3,800 UK businesses, and a health and longevity product built in partnership with David Lloyd.

The latter contributed to a £10 million multi-year commercial deal and is projected to reach 400,000 users across 100 David Lloyd locations nationwide.

Before that, I spent nearly two years redesigning the core onboarding and application experience at J3 Solutions - cutting completion time from four days to under 24 hours, growing monthly new users from 12,000 to over 40,000, and more than doubling the completion rate.

Earlier, I was the founding product designer at Credability - present from day one and embedded across strategy, growth, compliance and delivery as the platform scaled to 2.5 million registered users and 500,000 weekly active users.

I've also worked across major brand and campaign projects earlier in my career - including work for Reebok, UEFA, PGA and F1 in agency and contract environments.
