I’ve spent over seven years building and scaling mobile products that directly impact users, often in high-growth B2C environments. In previous roles, such as leading the design for CredAbility, I had the privilege of working on a consumer-facing app that grew to over 1.5 million users in just a few years.
My focus was always on creating user-centred designs that simplified complex tasks and more importantly - solved real pain points for the audience. Whether it was driving user acquisition, improving onboarding processes or boosting retention, I’ve always kept a keen eye on how design decisions can drive key metrics and outcomes. For me, design is not just about aesthetics - it’s about having a measurable, positive impact on user behaviour.
In my career, I’ve taken ownership of the full design process, from initial research and ideation to high-fidelity execution. I thrive in environments where collaboration is key - working closely with engineers, product managers and marketers to ensure a seamless product experience.
